Prices are local. Cargo space is finite. Profit belongs to whoever understands the road.
Harvest regional resources, build equipment and supply settlements with what they cannot make.
Raiders, beasts and damaged wagons turn every delivery into a decision with consequences.

THE WAYFARER FIELD GUIDE
Everything needed to begin playing Duskfarer—from the first supply pack to surviving the frontier.
START HERE
New Wayfarers arrive at Firstlight Camp, a quiet training stop before the wider world. The playable guide points to real controls and saves each completed objective.
THE WORK
Accept an order or inspect regional prices before committing cargo space.
Gather local resources, buy stock, or craft higher-value goods.
Carry medicine, check capacity and repair below-worn condition.
Resolve encounters and protect supplies until arrival.
Sell or complete contracts to earn Marks, Standing and eligible Trail Score.
CONTROLS
Walk to a road point, approach an enemy or interact with a marked resource.
Move along valid paths. Water, scenery and map boundaries remain blocked.
Zoom out, zoom in or return the camera to its default scale.
Optional shortcuts: attack, Cargo, Road, Trade, Orders and medicine, in that order. The bottom-right dock holds the main menus.
Open realm chat. Messages are shared with players in the connected world.
Choose Take a break / leave game. Your controls stop, but this shared world does not pause; leave from a safe spot.
Open the break/exit screen. If a panel or menu is open, Escape closes it first; press again to step away.
SUPPLIES
Every good occupies cargo space. Local markets hold real settlement stock: buying lowers stock and can raise the next price; selling replenishes stock. Gathering nodes require proximity, deplete, and recover after roughly 25 seconds.
BEYOND THE GATE
Travel follows connected roads one region at a time. Walk to an in-world exit sign for free departure; the Road Atlas and Caravan panel book a paid Marks shortcut from anywhere. Shortcuts still face road encounters. Before departure, review access, wagon condition, cargo risk and the route ahead. Active deliveries can attract raiders even on otherwise safe roads.
Enemies have assignments: some guard valuable resource sites, while others patrol cargo routes. A GUARDED resource marker cannot be gathered until its guard moves away or is defeated. You can choose another site, lure the patrol off its post, or prepare for combat. Cargo interceptors can damage your wagon, so a loaded delivery deserves a plan.
No regional defeat cargo loss.
A defeat can cost one carried cargo unit.
A defeat costs half of each carried stack. Combat 10 and 25 Standing required.
PROGRESSION
Completing an order can pay Marks, build Standing and award Trail Score. They are separate; none converts into the native token.
Ordinary game money. Buy supplies, trade, craft and repair. Guests can earn and spend Marks.
Lasting trust with settlements. It opens harder roads and opportunities; you cannot spend it.
Your verified score for the current season. It determines leaderboard rank, including eligibility for the separate top-10 airdrop. A new season starts a new score.
Every character earns Standing from completed commissions and deliveries to unlock more roads. Only a wallet-linked character with a verified 5,000-token activation burn can earn seasonal Trail Score and competitive rewards. Five persistent skills also grow through play: Gathering, Crafting, Combat, Trading and Wayfaring.
Accept before acting. Each region has a one-time local objective chain. The reward preview shows Marks and any eligible Standing or Trail Score; the starter lesson awards no score.
Carry three locally sourced units to an accessible connected settlement. Selling at the destination completes the order.
Complete two verified contracts in a UTC day to claim the current practice reward.
Choose Warden, Pathfinder, Broker, Tinker or Lanternkeeper. Dedicated ability trees remain in development.
ON-CHAIN ACCESS
Duskfarer has two clearly separated account modes. Guests can learn the controls and explore the game economy off-chain. A competitive Wayfarer connects an EVM wallet, proves ownership with a signature and permanently activates that character through the official access contract, which burns exactly 5,000 native tokens.
Play the tutorial, gather, craft, trade and travel. Earn Marks, items and road-unlocking Standing, but not Trail Score, leaderboard placement or on-chain rewards.
The game asks for a message signature. Duskfarer never asks for a seed phrase or private key.
Burn exactly the required native-token amount on the configured chain. The server independently verifies the transaction before activating competitive progression.
Approve the exact amount, then call Activate. An unrelated transfer to a burn address does not unlock competitive play. The interface waits for finalized confirmation before enabling Standing.
Final seasonal awards are intended to be claimed in RBLX by the linked wallet and remain claimable indefinitely. Holding tokens or trading on a DEX earns no Trail Score. Developer-funded top-10 airdrops are separate and would be sent automatically.
COMMON QUESTIONS
You can use guest mode to explore, earn Marks and Standing, and unlock roads. To record Trail Score, appear on the leaderboard or qualify for on-chain rewards, you must connect an EVM wallet and complete the one-time 5,000-token activation burn.
Marks are spendable game money. Standing is lasting reputation that unlocks roads. Both are earned in guest and wallet play. Trail Score is seasonal leaderboard performance for activated Wayfarers.
Not in the safe regions. Duskwatch and Glassreach can cost one unit on defeat. An Ash Roads defeat costs half of each carried stack.
No. Standing is earned trust and Trail Score comes from eligible server-verified activity. Neither is sold.
Not yet. Activation and payouts await the final token contract, RBLX fee receiver, reviewed reward system, recipient eligibility rules and funded RBLX treasury. The interface must show the funded pool before a reward season starts.
No. Once a planned RBLX season award is finalized, its allocation remains claimable by the eligible linked wallet. Separate top-10 airdrops would be sent automatically.
Yes. Online guest sessions persist on the game server. The game also guards against duplicate actions and reconnecting during journeys.
No field note matches that search.
THE CONNECTED WORLD
Every region produces something the others need. Access comes through trust, preparation and survival—not token ownership.
Enter the worldBegin at FirstlightROAD ATLAS

A simple camp for movement, gathering, cargo, crafting and your first journey.

The sheltered capital: trade, workshops, services, the Lantern Vault and roads in every direction.

Dense canopy, working timber yards and medicine gathered beneath old trees.

Waterways, docks and fishing grounds supplying food and clean water.

Mines, furnaces and watch patrols holding back the creatures beyond the light.

Rare mineral works spread across beautiful and dangerous glass flats.

Broken convoys, elite enemies and valuable salvage beyond the final lantern.
CONNECTED TRAVEL
Every journey follows a real road. Non-adjacent destinations are reached one leg at a time, and each gate checks your current access.
THE DUSKFARER ECONOMY
Game money, reputation, seasonal score and the native token each serve a separate purpose.
FOUR ECONOMIC ROLES
Earned through contracts, trade, commissions and useful work. Spent on cargo, repairs, crafting and ordinary upgrades.
Off-chain · no direct cash-outEarned trust that opens harder roads and advanced contracts. It cannot be purchased or transferred.
Permanent · non-transferableServer-verified score from eligible deliveries, commissions, combat and daily road work. It resets by season.
Competitive · cannot be purchasedA one-time burn of 5,000 tokens activates on-chain Standing, Trail Score and reward eligibility for the linked wallet.
Holding alone earns nothingLOCAL MARKETS
Each settlement carries its own stock. Buying removes supply and can raise the next local price. Selling restores stock. Profitable routes exist because regions produce different goods—not because a number is fixed forever.
CREATOR-FEE ALLOCATION
Pons applies its platform fee and the launch sets a creator tax. The RBLX creator receipts actually delivered to Duskfarer—not estimates from trading volume—are reconciled, then allocated by policy.
Verified seasonal reward pools and community events.
RBLX is allocated to a planned ten-minute worker that buys and permanently burns the native token.
Servers, development, moderation and live content.
Connect, sign and burn. No minimum account age, token holding yield or identity check is currently required.
Genesis uses half of the available treasury; later distributions use 80% of the then-available balance.
Finalized season awards remain reserved for the eligible linked wallet until claimed.
